Vincent trained in ballet and contemporary dance at Rambert Dance School and in acting at L.A.M.D.A. Vincent has worked internationally as both actor and dancer, teacher, movement director and choreographer. He has taught in some of London's leading drama schools, but is based mainly at L.A.M.D.A where he enjoys working with final year students on their public shows, and teaching those earlier in their training.
As an actor his recent credits include: Lord Henry Wotton in Dorian Gray (The Leicester Square Theatre), Demetrius in Titus Andronicus (The Mercury, Colchester and Globe Theatre, Germany), Fenton in The Merry Wives of Windsor (The Globe Theatre, Germany) and Avraham in Deir Yassin (The Bloomsbury, London). Film credits include lead roles in the two short films The Highwayman and Still.
Prior to training at L.A.M.D.A Vincent toured nationally and internationally with Mathew Bourne's Swan Lake. He was also a founding member of the physical theatre company D.N.A.
Vincent is keen to nurture and develop skills in talented youngsters and has worked for The National Youth Theatre and Youth Music Theatre UK - developing musical theatre based work for young people in South Korea. Vincent movement directed Endangered for YMT last year and 2009 was his second consecutive year on the auditions panel.
Vincent recently directed the movement for a new work by Doug Lucy and more recently, finished working on Lorca's Yerma with an Italian company in Corato.
