Riddle of the Angels' Wings

What is an Angel?  Do they really exist?  Do they walk the earth among us?  Why are angels interested in us?  What do they look like?  Do they have wings or can anyone be an Angel?  Or are angels really of a different world?

More importantly...did an angel really fall from the sky, crashing into Liam Yates’s car on a warm summer’s morning in 2006?  Was it a work of art or a clever prank?  And where did the wings disappear to when taken away by the police?  Maybe the government know the truth about the existence of angels and our very own Prime Minister tried to hide the truth from us all....
