We are proud to announce our most ambitious programme to date - eight productions around the UK, all of them newly created for YMT: UK and led by some of the most experienced and innovative creative artists working in theatre and musical theatre today.
They range from contemporary classical and traditional music to 'eyes-and-teeth' musical theatre and pop; they include wide varieties of dance at all skills levels; and they demand the most exacting standards of acting.
All of our 2008 projects are residential courses and will take place during July and August this year, culminating in a fully-staged production of the work that has been created.
Auditions for our summer productions are now over, but there are still some places left to get involved with The Studio - our fantastic residential summer project where you work with top directors, choreographers and composers to make a brand new piece of musical theatre!
