Youth Music Theatre UK is always looking to add to it's dedicated team of pastoral staff for the summer residential courses. Pastoral staff form an integral part of our project and studio teams and have responsibility for ensuring the safety and care of the young people at all times. 

Applicants will need to be:

  • good humoured
  • warm and approachable
  • a good communicator
  • a team player
  • able to maintain discipline
  • flexible
  • have a genuine interest in young people and musical theatre
  • we generally recruit pastoral staff aged over 24 (as our participants can be aged up to 21)

If you have 1-2 weeks (or more) free in July or August, or at selected other times during the year, then you could be who we are looking for. We accept applications on a rolling basis - we may keep your application on file for future projects, so please be aware that you may not receive an instant response to your application.
